i've got back from shanghai peeps~!
quite tiring still, i've got flu & sore throat since the second day of the trip.
the food was horrible, very oily & salty, i mean very.
shopping was so-so, bought lotsa stuff for mum & granny. u see, its all abt elder ppl stuff u can buy. cuz the fashion taste was horrible out there. juz those silk stuff was okay, i mean for elder ppl.
the wedding dinner was at suzhou sheraton.
the hotel was glam, n the food juz nice. at least its western food. but those kampung kia juz didnt appreciate at all. i saw most of the tables didnt finish the cheese baked lobster & lamb chop. u see, they only eat oily + salty food. oh okay, i am a mean gal. i never denied, did i?
spent the first 3 days at suzhou. it was quite a small city. n ppl always tot we r from tw. confusing. bought a lot of poster, sticker & cards. it was cheap. poster only rmb1.50, sticker rmb1, card rmb1.50. n lots of drama & dvds as well. then we went to hangzhou. it is a developing city. many shopping streets. but i was sick. so only went to a place called wu lin guang chang. quite nice. then it was shanghai. a developing-developed city. so many places to go! arranged a met up wif johnny at his workplace. went for dinner+drinks. so gd to see him again.
